What leasing options are available?
We offer 6-12 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Security deposit is dependent on credit and is refundable at move-out unless there are any amounts owed or damages incurred.
Is renter's insurance required?
You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Desert Cove provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
Our fitness center is open 24/7.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
9AM - 10PM
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, our apartments are internet/cable ready.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
We offer Amazon package lockers!
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes - charcoal only.
What is the smoking policy?
No smoking inside unit. Smoking is allowed on the property.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes, Rise Desert Cove is a pet-friendly community.

We offer assigned, covered parking. Open parking is available for extra cars and guests.
